The PBI® Firefighting Flash Hood combines a PBI® outer layer with a flame-resistant Kermel® Lenzing liner for structural firefighting applications.
A separate head piece and two-piece bib provide a comfortable fit, with notched shoulders and a head section that finishes at the nape of the neck. Flatlock seams and an elasticated face opening complete the design.
- Outer fabric: PBI® Rib, 200 gsm.
- Inner liner: Flame-resistant Kermel® Lenzing, 220 gsm.
- Construction: Two-layer head and bib for structural firefighting applications.
- Fit: Separate head piece with sewn-on front and rear bib, notched shoulders and a head section finishing at the nape of the neck.
- Face opening: Elasticated for a comfortable fit.
- Seams: Flatlock stitching throughout the head and bib, using Coats Firefly thread.
- Identification: Flame-resistant label with material details, certification, lot number, manufacture date, care instructions and space for the wearer’s name.
- Sizes: Regular and Large.
- Certification: EN 13911:2017; CE marked 2895.
